Physical Therapy Services Kimberly is certified to provide Medicare B services in-home, as approved by Medicare guidelines. Physical therapy services are also covered, in part, by most insurances providers when accompanied by a prescription from an appropriate healthcare provider( i.e., physician, dentist, podiatrist).
If you are wishing to bill an insurance provider for services through Many Blessings, please discuss this with Kimberly when making your appointment so the appropriate paperwork and/or pre-approval process can be initiated.
Alternative Therapy Services Fees for alternative therapy services vary from $60.00 to $75.00 for the first hour, with decreasing rates for any subsequent time required. Package plans for multiple visits are available upon request.
Workshops Fees for workshops vary per venue and are posted within the listings on this website. Payment may be arranged via PayPal. Please contact Kimberly for registration and payment specifics.
